I'm sad that the Zombie-T-Rex wasn't included from the most recent Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth, but I did enjoy the rest of the selections, including the Me Grimlock King. Excellent.
Wow!! You really like missing 2000AD out!! This comic has dino fights up to the eyeballs. Ones that make your list look like a walk in the fossil museum!! Flesh being one, a sadistic look on meat production through the means of time travel. Man those dino cowboys get in some serious scrapes!! Secondly I point you towards Nemesis...one of 2000AD's original prime timers. He has a son named Thoth that trys to take over the world with the helpful madness of his T-Rex pet. Madness ensues!!
Another blinder of a story (a real dino gladatorial session), was THE greatest dino fight in comic history. The story called Slaughterbowl. Convicts ride genetically converted dinos with weapons. Honestly...it doesnt get any better. Or nastier. Its a death race to the end. Lovely!!
Hell 2000AD even has an ongoing character called 'Tyranny Rex', a half dino half woman kiling machine. Shes hot yet incredibly deadly.
Even Dredd has had early encounters with dinos. A travelling exhibition escapes and rampages through Megacity One with hillarious outcomes.
Dont get me wrong. I love (on an unusual scale) the level of coolness in Marvel and DC. I cant get enough. But 2000AD needs to get more coverage, it really is an awesome comic with really dry black humour. Anyone in the US that can get this imported weekly or monthly....I implore you to do so. 2000AD doesnt start and finish at Judge Dredd or that mediocre film. Its actually very cool with some amazing characters!!!

"Some sticklers will recognize . . . " And here I thought you were going to point out that pterodactyls aren't dinosuars. But why pick nits? #dinosaurs
Nothing beats Tyrannosaurus Reich from Major Bummer!
(except for cats)
T. Reich was pulled to earth through a dimensional portal from a dimension of Nazi dinosaurs. He briefly wreaks havoc in the downtown before being driven back to his home dimension by a housecat which changes sizes when agitated.
Who is a DC Universe villain.. So BATMAN can face him if they want to! [filmonic.com]
(oh and you forgot to mention that there was a symbiote on the Old Logan Rex)
Its not in comic books, but the first thing I thought of was the animated t-rex skeleton from Dead Beat by Jim Butcher.
Because if you're going to go through the trouble of animating a skeleton, it might as well be that of a 65 million year old super-predator. #dinosaurs
S.C.U.D the Disposable Assassin had to fight zombified techno-dinos reanimated by Voodoo Ben (Franklin.) I personally think this beat the crap out of anything else on this list. Of course, that's just my opinion. #dinosaurs

No love for Judy vs Yoshi in Dr McNinja?
That's probably the only time you'll see a Gorilla secretary fight a Velociraptor over a hotdog. #dinosaurs

Is there room in the io9 budget to hire Larry Huffman to introduce every article? Please? #dinosaurs
