    This reminds me of a short story I read last year where a woman finds out that her boss is a time-traveler that uses a special door or something that goes into a sort of time hallway. She goes into the future and finds that humanity is enslaved by aliens of which her boss is one and then she's caught in this war where the aliens control the future and are working their way into the past to conquer all of time but the humans are travelling further in the past to prevent this... man that's really hard to describe.


    Anyway, does anybody know what I'm talking about?

    This sounds better than the movie where the aliens go forward in time and keeping attacking us.


    And the whole movie Bekrng Ong Master Overload of JunJun keeps wondering why the hu-mans are always ready for their attacks. Then in the third act, he's all like - what? Down? I said the time time travel lever is supposed to Up. Up, I said up for going back in time.

    @Belabras: Let's hope they keep continuity straight. Or what counts for continuity in time travel stories.

    I can't believe they are actually planning to go ahead and film in Dubai. How irresponsible. RTD knows that he can be arrested just for being gay there, right? Didn't think that thru, did we? Let alone the human rights issues and their treatment of migrant workers... grrrr.


    This is the first time I've even been MAD at those behind the scenes at Doctor Who and I've been a die hard fan since the early 80s.

    @Palmerlime: Good thing it wasn't Torchwood, there wouldn't be anybody left to point the camera at. :)


    I'm sure they were thinking "cool, we'll shoot in the same place as Star Wars", but really, I'm wondering just how different it will look from their usual rock quarry in Betchworth.


    As for being mad at those behind the scenes, are you honestly saying there's not even a little bit of nerd rage over JNT's decision to hire Pip and Jane Baker and whoever designed the Kandyman costume?
