I leave the judging in your capable hands.

MTV has a collection of character videos from the new Wolverine movie. I'm most surprised with Reynolds super serious delivery.

<![CDATA[Hugh Jackman Wants To Throw A Wolverine Premiere Party In Your Town]]> Hugh Jackman can't decide where to throw his big mutant jamboree for X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and wants you to vote for a location. That means I'm one lifted restraining order away from Deadpool. [X-Men Origins]

<![CDATA[Second Wolverine Spot Spoils Wolvie's Love]]> I've said it before, and I'll say it again and again: the best thing about the new Wolverine Origins movie will be Liev Schreiber. Don't believe me? Check out this "Brothers" TV spot, including spoilers.

The new X-Men Origins: Wolverine TV spot is all about the brotherhood between Sabretooth and Wolverine, but it also gives away most of the reason why Logan hates Victor Creed so much. Also I'm absolutely loving Schreiber's deadpan delivery of those ridiculous lines, which improves the possibility of me enjoying this flick 100%. And did you see them LEAPING through World War II?

Origins opens May 1st.

<![CDATA[See Baby Wolverine Claw His Way Into The World]]> The first installment of a three-day TV promotion for X-Men Origins: Wolverine is out tonight, and this one has a huge Wolverine flashback, enjoy.

Holy hell, this has finally got me excited, and it's even light on the Liev Schreiber awesomeness. But seriously, let's hope they keep the "damaged youth" nonsense to a minimum and skip to the real action, with old William Stryker. Wolverine is in theaters May 1st.

<![CDATA[Liev Schreiber Could Have Been William Stryker]]> The new Victor Creed, LIev Schreiber, let it slip that he was originally approached for the role of a young William Stryker in Wolverine, but his knowledge of Sabretooth steered producers in another direction.

According to The National Post's Ampersand, it was Schreiber himself that suggested he take on the role of Victor Creed.

"I read the comics before I got offered the part," says the 41-year-old. "I mean, I knew the character really well. Initially I'd been asked to play Stryker and I said, 'Is there any chance that I might be able to play this Victor Creed guy?'" he recalls.

See, kids — read your comics, because if not, you could miss up the opportunity of a lifetime. But Schreiber didn't just want to play the nemesis badass of the movie, he also knew there was another layer to the character. A deeper layer, and to be honest I'm dying to see what Schreiber is going to bring to the table on Creed's inner turmoil and anger issues.

"It's like rather than just say that Sabretooth's a violent brute, I wanted to find out what makes the brute tick," he says. "Hopefully people will like it."

X-Men Origins: Wolverine will be out on May 1, 2009
