Electricity is often off because of an overload, and the water comes from fire hydrants. It's not clean enough tp drink, though, so the inhabitants have to use filters.

An entire closed military town was built here with three huge radiotelescopes for space surveillance. One of them was used to monitoring phone calls between the Norwegian submarine centers and the USA. These telescopes are still used, but the city and the other buildings are completely abandoned.
