This year an independent film called Earthling drops on our fair planet. Directed by a man named Clay Liford.

Plot synopsis: After a mysterious atmospheric event, a small group of people wake up to realize that their entire lives have been a lie. They are in fact aliens disguised as humans. Now they have to make a choice. Live amongst men, or try to find a way back home.

This looks like an absolutely gorgeous picture very much in the vein of Andrei Tarkovsky.

Goddammit.... now I am in the mood to watch Stalker again.... oy vey....
