Dogfish Head brews a beer made with bits of the moon

The brewmasters at Dogfish Head are certainly no strangers to experimental beers, and their latest brew may just be out of this world. They've added a dose of lunar meteorite to the recipe.

Celest-jewel-ale may be reaching for the pun, but the folks at Dogfish Head claim that the lunar minerals and salts are "helping the yeast-induced fermentation process and lending this traditional German style a subtle but complex earthiness. (Or is it mooniness?)"

But the only place you'll find this moony beer is at Dogfish Head’s Rehoboth Beach brewpub, and only for a limited time.
