And it makes sense, in the context of his being perceived as a tool by the Company (whom he keeps on betraying, so you'd think they'd do a little more digging, but no).

Jack Coleman is a lot better looking without the glasses. Maybe it's because he stops looking EEEEVIL.

@Supernintendo: I guess that is a little clunky (HRG), but I always took it as he seemed so unassuming that only his glasses stand out (not that they scream anything, but)... so it ends up being the only thing that stands out...

Plus I do like the anti-superman motif it evokes as mentioned in the article... (that and a whole 50s CIA thing)

Honestly, I think people stopped using the term horn-rimmed glasses in like 1949, yet even Hiro and Mohinder use that term offhand like common slang. Same thing with 'the Haitian'. ORLY? What defining characteristic makes him Haitian by default? How does every character uaninmously agree on his nationality? The writing can be extremely clunky.
