Fantastic Bonanza have a couple of sci-fi t-shirts, including a flying Ford Pinto in outerspace and a giant (potentially radioactive?) ice cream cone monster.
I'm especially glad to see that you picked up SEIBEI, because their stuff is awesome!
Kindred have some sci-fi movie t-shirts that are subtle and excellently designed.
Enclothe also have some terrific sci-fi t-shirts in a very nice style, including designs inspired by Orwell and Bradbury, among others.

Well, you asked the question to end all questions, the impossible question, the question with no answer, the perfect set-up question for any of thousand of stupid "geeks don't get laid" jokes. I thought you did that on purpose to pose the perfect question that would get tons of funny replies. Guess I was wrong. But just for fun, here's the first things I thought of after reading yours:
"If anyone had that shirt, they'd be a geek god."
"As soon as you find out, let me know too."
"Geeks? Getting laid? I think someone gave you some bad information."
Geeks? Getting laid? On what planet does this happen?"
Geeks? Getting laid? Don't they have to leave their basements first?"

yeah, those sucked, that's why I went with the "I see what you did there" comment instead. Wait...are you making me explain all this to make me look like the idiot know? Ah-ha! I see what you did there. Again.

Also, I guess not so much for sci-fi shirts but just good shirts in general, you can't really go wrong with [shirt.woot.com], which runs one shirt design each day for the ridiculous price of $10 (shipped!), at least for the first 1000, and then reprints the most popular ones for $15 (shipped), which is still a pretty respectable deal.

The best sci-fi t-shirt I've ever seen is an image of Princess Leia stooped over R2 like the scene in A New Hope, but R2's dome has been replaced with a turntable and Princess Leia's hair buns have been replaced with headphones.

I wish I knew where to find that shirt.
