		    <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that you need to add the horrible Queen Victoria from Neil Gaiman's A Study in Emerald.  She is a  Great Old One in the H.P. Lovecraft tradition.  She has ruled the British Empire for centuries and pumps out creepy little half-breeds with her consort, Prince Albert.
