First one was an actual pleasure android that gets jealous of it's makers wife and tries to kill her.

Second attempt the android was redeveloped to be a robo-nanny, but the dad starts using it for it's original purpose and the wife catches on. When she tries to leave with the kids, the android perceives this as a threat to the children and attacks both her and the husband.
