If you ask me, that's a cool game right there: fleeing a massive enemy invasion instead of fighting back. "STAY ALIVE" the marble board game come to life.

Im not sure how many colonies are lost in the universe of halo during the war. Some sources say around 700 with a similar number of casualties, but I think I read in Harvest that there were only 17, shown on the logo of the UNSC...
