The pelvis position is all wrong for that squat.
If you follow the femur, it doesn't connect.
The bottom half is thighs-forward, the top half is sticking the butt out backward.
Looks like a badly photoshopped centaur....

Is that a super smoke detector belly button thang, or did she tatoo her firehouse's logo on to her stomach?

Looks like the boots are part of that old punchline about putting burning bears. I think if the dog had a mean streak, it could knock cats out trees with that hose; certainly not enough volume in it's gut to put out any real fires.
