But then, I kind of love accidental surrealism (Which S3 traded almost exclusiveley in.). As for the Venom movie, I love the character and think that they could be getting a great script (due to their loophole in the strike)but I also know how badly they fucked up Daredevil, Elekra etc. I think "Iron Man" will be a good bellweather as far as being able to distinguish whether or not they know what the fuck they're doing.

Actually, I think the only way a Venom movie would do well is if they made the WHOLE movie about the parasite's trying to make it as a lounge singer and piano player in the cut-throat world of Las Vegas entertainment. He jumps from host to host trying to make it while his girlfriends keep leaving him. Eventually he takes a job teaching piano to a class of sweet, troubled youth and they both find from each other what they need.... love and acceptance...

And Dakota Fanning as "adeline", the child from a broken home who teaches Venom the true meaning of music.
