Hell, steal the damn characters from the game if Lucas is tapped for ideas! Mandalor and Revan would make interesting characters. Shucks, a KOTOR series would even have droids for all the kiddies to latch on to... killer droids hehehehe.

@vadmspartan: I'm totally with you on this one as well. It was one of my favortie series of books; the comics and the novelization, and I'm so sad to hear its done.

I think a much better series with a lot of fun uninhibited exploration is the knights of the old republic time line.

@SunZhiQian: That reminds me of those books years ago - Tales of the Bounty Hunters, Tales From the Cantina, and Tales From Jabba's Palace that told stories about all the minor characters that ended up in various scenes in the background. I would watch a TV show based on that.

I'd like to see some sort of "Tales of the Jedi" kind of show set way before any of the movie events, when the Jedi and the Sith were at their peak. There's no way that show wouldn't make it, even if Lucas was doing the writing.

Indiana Jones Chronicles was a pretty good show. So I still have faith that LucasFilm can pull off this Star Wars TV show. Of course, I kept saying that about each of the prequels too. Lucas has made me a masochist.

@MilesFromNowhere - I agree with you there. How about a relatively localized (planetary system in scope) story set in the Star Wars universe, one where the Empire plays a part but isn't necessarily the main antagonist. There are endless possibilities to explore the cultures in different systems. They could even pick a different system to focus on in each season or every couple of seasons.
