They'll get all hyped on an idea and then "Prison Break" it to death (see: Arrested Development, Firefly). When you hype a series, then continually move it around, show it at 9 on a Friday night, or pre-empt it for baseball/Prison Break reruns/dogs farting in key, you lose whatever larger audience you might get.

That said, I'm still really excited for Dollhouse. I love me some Joss.
