CloverField 2? 1. Those are the parasites we see in the subway scene of the movie. 2. The second picture you can see the monster in the background if you look closely. 3. What the "Unidentified" falling object was at then film's ending was the Tagruato's satillite called The ChimpanzIII. 4. There isn't going to be a Cloverfield 2, J.J. Abrams said they're THINKING about it, but nothing has hit them yet. 5. And where the hell do you see the fallen object? It shows the support beams of the Chui Station... You guys really have to look this up, these pictures are already all explain they're just from the Viral advertising. 6. Most of the info on this website's either A. Misleading, B. @dOk: no worries, Hud s indeed dead, and the proof actually just goes by really fast.

if you have the DVD or someway to watch the movie, slow it down after the monster chomps down on Hud. After the screaming and such, s the camera begins to fall, it looks up, and you can clearly see the lower half of Hud still hanging from the creature's mouth. You can even see a shot of intestine.

Only his torso hits the ground.

@dOk: See, what I think is, Hud didn't actually die--he was only in shock from blood loss and blunt force trauma. Military scientists and doctors found his body, replaced his lost lower half with cybernetic limbs, gave him superhuman strength and futuristic weapons, and programmed him to exact revenge against the monster.
I think they should call it Cloverfield 2: Hud Games.

Or maybe I'm thinking of Universal Soldier.

Saw it in theaters but watched again on dvd this weekend. It scared the shit out of my 8 year-old. He made me turn it off during the subway scene and put iCarly back on instead.

These things seem fake to me, but I fell for the X Files werewolf thing, so what do I know?

And man he must have tasted really bad for the monster to have spit him out.

(remember the super cute girl that he kept bugging who saved his ass and got killed for it said that it was eating people as it went down the street)

And his body should have been totally mangled...

They dropped the ball on that one cause i was laughing instead of being terrified. Maybe just a severed arm and head should have dropped. That would have been more consistent with being chomped down on by a giant sloppy monster.
