Admittedly, not very. I myself, am not as in shape as I used to be. ...Able to handle two hours of steady cardio should do.
...But mental fitness is as important as physical. It's such a turn off when people spaz after I get out the marmalade and battery cables.

@moff: Amen brother. Have you tried the "Women of the World" package? For me I got tired of Swedes and moved on to different nations each month. They have a man package for Jezebel stars that I'm sure they can lend out for Miranda if she so desires.

Oh and my Vintage Dodge Challenger that came with the star package FINALLY arrived yesterday. Looks wonderful.

@Eclectified: Uh no.. spinners are just hubcaps that are attached so the spin freely.. they don't start when the wheels stop, just spin.
The only time the are stopped is when the wheel has been stopped for a while and the slow down due to friction..

So THAT is how spinners work.

When the wheels stop turning, the spinner starts spinning... that's how spinners work.
